By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Service refers to the Alfred Njobvu UI Templates platform. User refers to any individual or entity accessing the Service. Content includes templates, code, documentation, and any materials provided through the Service.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
Some features require payment of fees. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may change fees with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates in your projects. You may modify the templates. You may not redistribute the templates as standalone products.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform. You may not use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability and governing law survive termination.
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malawi. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lilongwe, Malawi. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
